Returns
We will refund the original purchase price or exchange your item within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please report any postal damages or faults within 7 days.
Returned / Exchanged products must be received back to us in 100% condition. In original packaging with labels attached, complete with returns note for identification. If a free gift accompanied your order, that too must be returned.
Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For instance, if you used our ‘buy three items and get the cheapest free’ and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the two kept items.
Once your parcel has been received back and has been inspected, your refund will be processed. Postage & packaging will not be refunded.

Always obtain a certificate of postage. We cannot be accountable for packages lost in transit.
