Woocommerce to run the shop and there is a separate payment gateway which is 128bit encrypted using secure socket layer technology.


We automatically collect certain device data, including your IP address, information from cookies, information about your computer or device (e.g. device and browser type), information about how you use our website, which pages you have viewed, the time when you view them and what you clicked on, the geographical location from which you accessed our website (based on your IP address) and company name or business name. When you enter the cart to make a purchase, we collect certain inputted information including name, contact address, shipping address, email address and phone number. No actual payment information (including credit card numbers) are stored on the website as these are all securely processed by the encrypted payment gateway; we do not see any of the payment details and
only receive a token to say the payment has been taken.

Additionally, we may also collect your given data when you telephone, post, email or through any other means, in each case, in accordance with this privacy policy.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact Forms

Contact forms are used by customer to ask product or service related questions and to make complaints. Please note that we keep contact form submissions for a certain period, for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes.

How Long we Retain Your Data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up
comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users
can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
