This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and share information when you visit our site. attempt or make a purchase. We use
Woocommerce to run the shop and there is a separate payment gateway which is 128bit encrypted using secure socket layer technology.

Automatic

We automatically collect certain device data, including your IP address, information from cookies, information about your computer or device (e.g. device and browser type), information about how you use our website, which pages you have viewed, the time when you view them and what you clicked on, the geographical location from which you accessed our website (based on your IP address) and company name or business name. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a ‘Do Not Track’ signal from your browser.

When you enter the cart to make a purchase, we collect certain inputted information including name, contact address, shipping address, email address and phone number. No actual payment information (including credit card numbers) are stored on the website as these are all securely processed by the encrypted payment gateway; we do not see any of the payment details and
only receive a token to say the payment has been taken.

Additionally, we may also collect your given data when you telephone, post, email or through any other means, in each case, in accordance with this privacy policy.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact Forms

Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
