Van Gogh Harvest in Provence Scarf – Blue. Van Gogh painted Harvest in Provence whilst straying in Aries in 1888, he painted many painting on his visit. In spring his paintings were in greens and blue shades whilst his summer works were golden, often depicting the harvest.
