How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer PayPal, these can be chosen during the checkout stage. All payments are fully encrypted and go through our payment gateway, our site does not record your payment details and we only receive a payment token from the gateway, as confirmation the payment has been accepted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can. Just follow our returns policy within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
If I need a refund, how will I receive it?
We must have received your returned item within the 14 day returns period. It will be inspected to make sure it is in 100% condition and has to be accepted by our returns department. We will then authorise payment back onto your original payment method.
How Do I Use a Promotional Code?
Codes will be given out for specific promotions. These will be limited to a single use by one customer and may have a time limit to use them by. Please check with the relevant promotion for the expiry date of the specific code.
These promotional codes have to be used during the check out procedure. There is a box on the payment page which needs to have the code typed in and submitted for it to be accepted. You will then get a message confirming or denying the code. The code will only be accepted during checkout, if you have forgotten to input the code, we cannot rectify the error as the encrypted payment gateway is not part of the website we can access.
If I Purchase an Item with a Promotional Code, Can I still Get a Refund or Exchange?
Yes, you can. You will be refunded the discounted amount you paid for the item.

No, you can order anything from 1 – 100+ items.
How Do I Order?
- Add the item(s) to the ‘Cart’.
- When you have finished shopping, you can view the ‘Cart’.
- If you have a promotional code, you can enter it now and ‘Apply Coupon’.
- Choose your ‘Shipping’ method from the available options.
- ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Filling in your ‘Billing Details’ and ‘Shipping Address’ if different.
- Add any ‘Delivery Notes’ needed, at the bottom.
- Tick the box to confirm you agree to the website ‘Terms and Conditions’
- ‘Place Order’
- Choose either credit card or PayPal.
- Enter payment details and complete your payment.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

If I Do Not Have an Account, Can I Pay as a Guest?
Yes, you can complete your purchase without an account. The benefits of an account are that you can see a record of your orders and you can save your details so that it will be quicker to check out in the future.
How Long Will My Parcel Take?
Depending on which shipping method you have pick will dictate the delivery time. We offer a Standards Service (3-5 days) and a Next Day Service, but this has to be ordered before 1pm on the day of purchase.
Bank Holidays and sale periods will also affect delivery times.
The current Covid restrictions are delaying some services and you must make sure you can still accept deliveries at the shipping address given at the time of ordering.
What Do I Do If I have Not Received My Parcel?
Please drop us an email or call customer services and we will investigate it and get back to you as soon as possible. You must report non-deliveries within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Can I Get an Out of Stock Item?
Let us know which item you want to purchase, which is out of stock. Chances are we will have it on order for restock. If not, we can try our best to get it back in stock for you.
If I Need an Item Urgently, Do You Offer a Faster Service?
We have a next day delivery option, which will arrive before 1pm the next day and must be signed for. This is available only if the order is placed before 1pm on the day of ordering. Please see the shipping policy.
How Often is Your Stock Changed?
We are constantly rotating and changing the stock we offer on our online shop. Please sign up for the ‘New Stock Notification’ service and follow us on social media for the latest news and reviews and launch dates for the new collections.
