Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail Tracked service to deliver all orders. This means you will receive an update from Royal Mail as soon as your parcel has been picked up from Scarves Direct. You will then be able to track the progress of your delivery via Royal Mail. 

Royal Mail’s guidance is that on delivery they will leave the parcel at your door, ring the bell and make sure they get a signature – unless you have another arrangement with your postie. If you fail to answer, you will then get a missed delivery card and have to pick it up from the collection depot or arrange for it to be redelivered.

International Orders

EU & international orders will be able to pay in their local currency (exchange rate will be applied at checkout by PayPal or Stripe, depending
how you decide to pay). This will include all local taxes.

All deliveries for EU & international customers will be distributed by a courier service, the price for this will be worked out on an
individual basis (EU or ROW). Please ring our customer service number or use the website messaging service to speak with one of our team.

Please note, that depending on the country, there may be an import duty/tax to pay on collection of your parcel.

Deliveries will usually take 7-14 days depending on the country.


Please Note

  • Orders received after 3pm, Monday to Friday will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
  • Delivery times may be affected by Bank Holidays and sale periods.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
  • Non delivery of goods must be reported to us, by written notice, within 7 days of the date when the goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
